SafetySkills Reach

SafetySkills Reach was branded to allow companies to have more outreach to their employees training and management. SafetySkills Reach, originally called the “Admin Portal”, was created as an internal product that acted as backend portal, so that our customer care and sales team were able to assist companies whenever a wide variety concerns persisted. Included here is the ability to add new accounts to the system, deactivate accounts, add custom courses, etc… Companies requested they had access to their company or organization because it would cut out a step, calling us every time a request or issue arose, saving them time and money. Most importantly, they would pay to use the program. Our target market were between 50-70 years of age, so simplify and UX were of importance. I was assigned multiple roles to this project which include product management, re-design, and adding a few more requested areas of control. Unfortunately, I do not have more views of this because it was intended to only be shown internally.
